Ok so its back to work, back to the gym, and time to get back to being consistent with my routine. I truly enjoyed the Holiday season and all that went with it.
This morning I worked out on the treadmill and then the bike. I know I need to start incorporating some strength training into my routine but the machines seem a little intimidating to me. One day I will get there. I had yogurt mixed with high fiber cereal and some coffee. So, the day is off to a good start. Let's hope it stays that way.
