New Year and Some Goals

It has been awhile since I last posted.  Work, holidays, and life just happened and time got away from me.  I enjoyed the holidays tremendously!  I always love spending quality time with the family.

In short, a few of my goals are:

1. Pack a healthy lunch at least 4 times a week
2. Go to the gym at least 3 times a week
3. Take some time each day to just sit back and reflect

I will start with these and see how things progress.
