Changing Things Up A Bit

Change.....not always an easy thing. Sometimes its necessary though.
I am at a standstill with the weight loss and the exercising.  I overslept yesterday and took my good old time getting ready. So, you know what that gym for me.  I wasn't even upset because I really did not feel like going anyway.  I need to shock my body to get things moving again.  So, my friend was in the gym this morning working out with the trainer and to my surprise and delight, she asked if I wanted to join them.  Heck Yes!!!! We did step with weights and squats with weights.  My legs were BURNING!!!  This was a good change of pace for me.  I thanked them and let them carry on (I didn't want to overstay my welcome) and then I proceeded to ride the bike, run a little on the treadmill and do some more weights.
I am once again feeling motivated.  Change.....might be something that is good for me.  :-)
