I am going to try to give myself some goals for this month. I think it will help me with my progress and will help me stay accountable.
1. Drink at least 64 oz of water a day
2. No fast food
3. Pack my lunch everyday
4. Eat only the foods that take with me each day
5. Exercise at least 3 times a week (one has to be a spin class)
I think this is a good start. I know that sometimes its better if you write things down and can go back to reference them later. I am hoping this helps me. I think I also might register for a bike race so that I have something to look forward to.
