Ok so I have been stuck at the 25lb loss mark for what seems like FOREVER now.  I think I have hit a plateau.  Time for me to pull up the boot straps and get back in it and get in it hard!!!  I have been doing my exercising on a daily and consistent basis but I need to step it up in the food department.  I think I have been having to many little "snacks" here and there.  Even if they are somewhat healthy snacks, I still think I have been having too many.
So, today I propose to concentrate on what is going in my mouth and to make better choices.  I CAN do this!!!!
